The doors and windows can have locks installed or keypads put in so that only an access code would open the door. You can have a back up computer. You can have a lock and key on your door. You can put fire prevention systems put in there. Shelves can be put high on the wall so all things will be above water. Have a water proof server room. A vault can be put on the door.
Someone could break down your door or smash windows. Your keypad could be broken so anyone can get in. Someone could hack into your back up computer.
The vault can be broken into.
Virus checking software would check and find the viruses and the firewalls would stop the viruses from getting into the computer.
